Profile

Régine Tremblay holds degrees in civil law and common law from McGill University (B.C.L. and LL.B.) and an LL.M. and an S.J.D. from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Barreau du Québec and has undertaken basic training in family mediation with the Association de médiation familiale du Québec. Before beginning her doctoral research, Régine was Assistant Director of the Paul-André Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law and Lecturer in Canadian Family Law at McGill University’s Faculty of Law.
